Do you ship to my country?

ASK Scandinavia ships worldwide. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to send an email to info@askscandinavia.com, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your order.

Where do you ship from?

We ship everything from Helsinki, Finland.

How long is the delivery time?

We offer Standard Shipping that arrives within 5 business days. You can also select Express, which takes up to 3 business days.
Samples are final sale.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number, which allows you to track your package via the courier company.

How much does shipping cost?

Finland:
Pickup Point: Free. Orders within Finland are shipped via Finnish Post (Posti).
Home Delivery: €9.90

Europe:
We offer free shipping within the EU. All duties and import fees are included in the product price.
Deliveries to Europe are handled by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

The U.S. & Canada:
Shipping to the U.S.: $25.00 USD
Deliveries to the U.S. are handled by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Rest of the world:
International Shipping (Rest of the World): €30.00
Deliveries outside Europe and the U.S. are handled by DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Will I be charged duty or import fees?

All product prices include all import taxes and duties.

Will I be charged VAT & sales tax?

All VAT and sales tax will be charged at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, do not hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will try our best to handle your request. For changes to orders, unfortunately, once an order is finalized, we cannot accommodate changes. However, depending on the order status, you may be able to cancel your order and place it again with the correct items. Please contact our customer care team at info@askscandinavia.com with your order number, and we will support you best we can.
