EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Our Standard Return Policy
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days.
Eligibility for Exchanges/Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it, with all original packaging intact. We cannot refund orders for items that show damage, have been used, are not in their original packaging, or are missing any components.
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure the best possible customer service and faster processing, please fill out our return form online before sending the item back. You can request the form from us at info@askscandinavia.com or find it here. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Shipping Costs & Refunds
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within 6 months of purchase. Please notify us immediately upon receipt or as soon as you notice any defect at info@askscandinavia.com. In the case of defective products, ASK Scandinavia covers the shipping costs, but this must be agreed upon via email before you ship the product back.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company and bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@askscandinavia.com.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Finnish Return Options (Posti)
Returns with a Helposti code: Order your return code from posti.fi/returnparcel by entering the item ID (code beginning with JJFI). Drop the parcel off at any Posti parcel locker or service point. Returns without a Helposti code: Attach the Customer Return address label or write our Return ID 660052 and return address on the item, and take it to a Posti outlet.
