We ship everything from Helsinki, Finland.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, do not hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will try our best to handle your request. For changes to orders, unfortunately, once an order is finalized, we cannot accommodate changes. However, depending on the order status, you may be able to cancel your order and place it again with the correct items. Please contact our customer care team at info@askscandinavia.com with your order number, and we will support you best we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Come posso restituire un prodotto?
If you wish to return a product, our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please find information for returns here. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns are free of charge within Finland via Posti via a postal outlet. Find more information here. For international returns, you will be charged international shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, it can take up to 3-5 business days for us to fully process your exchange/return. We welcome you to reach out to us at info@askscandinavia.com if the return process time extends 3-5 business days.
