Our returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a filled in returns form online before returning the item. You can request the form from us at email@example.com or find it here. By sending us the form in advance, we can offer the best customer service, refund and/or exchange for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you find a defect or damage on your product, please notify us of any defects or damages immediately upon reception or as soon as you notice any defect or damage at info@askscandinavia. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within 6 months of purchase.

In the case of defective products, ASK Scandinavia covers the postage costs (must be agreed on email prior to shipping product back).
