When will my order be sent?

We dispatch items within 1-3 working days of order from our Helsinki warehouse. During our sale and high season periods, order processing may take up to five business days. We ship during weekdays. A shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail once the order is shipped. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide.

When will my order arrive?

For estimated delivery times and shipping information specific to your country please check our Shipping and returns section. You will receive a shipping confirmation to the provided e-mail address with a link to track your order once it is shipped.

I am a new customer. Can I get a discount on my order?

We welcome all new customers to ASK Scandinavia with a one-time discount of 10%, if you sign up for our newsletter from the pop up box when entering our website www.askscandinavia.com

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent to the provided e-mail address. If you have provided an incorrect address you will not receive this confirmation. If you provided the correct address and cannot find your confirmation please check your Junk or Spam folders.

Can I change and item in my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they are finalized. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place it again with the correct items. Please contact our customer service team at info@askscandinavia.com with your order number.

I have made multiple orders before shipping confirmation. Will I receive multiple parcels?

In case our e-commerce team notices multiple orders going to the same address they will pack them in one parcel in order to conserve delivery emissions and unnecessary packaging materials.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please find information for returns here. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Iso Roobertinkatu 20-22, 00120 Helsinki, Finland

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

How much does it cost to return an item?

Returns in Finland with Posti are free of charge via a postal outlet. Find more information here

You will be responsible for paying for your own international shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once the return has arrived to our warehouse it can take up to 3-5 business days for us to fully process your exchange/return. Please contact us if this time has been exceeded and the refund has not been issued, by sending an e-mail to info@askscandinavia.com

 

Are out-of-stock items re-stocked?

For stock status of collection specific items please contact our customer service.
