At ASK Scandinavia, we aim to dispatch items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times can vary between 3-10 days depending on your location and where the product is being shipped from. Please note that external factors, such as postal strikes or weather conditions, may occasionally impact delivery times, and these are unfortunately outside of our control.

For items that are made to order, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Shipping costs vary by destination and brand. You will always see your shipping cost during checkout, before completing your payment.

Our partner brands select their own couriers, which may vary depending on your location.

Our Prices, VAT & Import Taxes

If your order is shipped from within your country, there will be no additional taxes, duties, or fees upon receipt of the goods.

If your order is shipped from another country, it may be subject to VAT and/or import duties. These are determined by international trade agreements and are not within our control.

Customers in the UK

Orders shipped from within the UK: Prices already include VAT, and no additional taxes or import duties will apply.
Orders shipped from outside the UK (value under £135): No further taxes or import duties will apply. Prices displayed on our website already include VAT.
Orders shipped from outside the UK (value over £135): Import duties may apply, depending on the item’s country of origin. Items made within the EU are typically exempt due to Free Trade Agreements. For clarification, feel free to contact us at info@askscandinavia.com.

Customers in the USA

Orders under $800 are duty-free, meaning there will be no additional taxes, import duties, or fees for these orders.

Customers within the EU

Orders shipped from within the EU: Prices include VAT, and no additional taxes or import duties will apply.
Orders shipped from outside the EU (value under €150): No further taxes or import duties will apply. Prices displayed on our website already include VAT.

Customers in the Rest of the World

For most regions outside the UK and EU, VAT or import duties are not typically applied, except for high-value orders. These policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Wherever possible, we ensure Free Trade Agreements are utilized to minimize additional fees.

Payment of VAT & Import Duties

As the customer, you are responsible for paying any applicable duties in your region. These will typically be charged at the point of delivery and must be paid to the courier before your order is released.

Depending on the courier, you may have the option to pay additional fees online via the tracking number provided or directly to the courier upon delivery.

If you do not pay these charges and the parcel is returned to the sender, we cannot refund the original shipping costs. However, the cost of the item will be refunded once it has been received by the brand.
